Sweet and Spicy Beet Sauce

Blend:

• 2 large ripe tomatoes
• 2 Beets 
• 1 avocado 
• 1 tsp. flax seeds
• A small handful of sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 small clove garlic
• A pinch of chilly pepper
• Sea salt or Himalayan salt to taste
• A bit of water if needed for blending
